Thank you to everyone who attended, helped and donated to the ECS Annual Auction.
Each spring, Evangelical Christian School (ECS) holds an Annual dinner auction which helps fund the needs of our school that directly impacts the educational process of our students.
This year “Caribbean Breeze” dinner and auction will be held in the gym on Saturday, March 21, 2015, from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm.
The mission of ECS is to expand God’s Kingdom from preschool to the 12th grade. This cannot be accomplished without the generosity and support of friends, families, and businesses in our community. The purpose of this letter is to ask for your support of ECS through this auction.
We ask that you prayerfully consider making a donation to this worthwhile cause. If you feel led to help ECS, you may donate in one of the following ways: Providing merchandise, a services(s), a gift certificate(s), or any monetary donation. No donation is too small.
If you are able to donate, you may send your donation to the address below. Should you decide to write a check please make it out to Evangelical Christian School and write “AUCTION” on the memo line. Remember, your gift is tax-deductible.
You might also want to consider having your business purchase an entire table. Contact Gloria Pol, our auction coordinator, to ensure availability and learn what bonuses accompany this type of reservation. Come join us for a night of fun, fellowship and great food!
Child care will be provided by our skilled and experienced daycare staff at the Preschool and is included with your purchase. You will need to complete the online registration when purchasing your ticket(s). Pre-registration is required.
